Anna Keeley
Anna is a Producer at London-based film company Escape Plan, where she works with Producer Oliver Kassman (SAINT MAUD, OUT OF DARKNESS, LOVE LIES BLEEDING). She was Production Executive on LOVE LIES BLEEDING (A24/Film4) by Rose Glass, starring Kristen Stewart, Katy O'Brian and Ed Harris, and on Topic/Tango/Black Bear comedy, WICKER, starring Olivia Colman and Alexander Skarsgård, by Alex Huston Fischer and Eleanor Wilson, which is in post. Anna recently received BFI funding from the UK Global Screen Fund to produce in-house at Escape Plan, and is now developing her own slate of Film & TV projects with a focus on international co-productions.
Her debut feature, PUNCH-DRUNK, an English-French language psychological thriller set in Marseilles by Liam White, which Oliver Kassman is Executive Producing, is in development, and she is minority co-producing Spanish horror, THE DAUGHTERS, by Daniel Romero, produced by Ferran Tomás of La Verneda Films in Barcelona. Anna formerly worked in Mexico City at Agencia Bengala of I’M NO LONGER HERE (Netflix) and was Producer of Watersprite in 2020.

Chiara Di Filippo
Chiara is an emerging Argentinian producer currently based in London. While completing her degree in Sociology at the University of Cambridge, she worked at Watersprite Film Festival first as Awards Officer (2020 - 2021) and later as Head of Awards (2021 - 2022).
After graduating, she worked as events manager and centre administrator for the Royal Television Society East, where she produced the events “Televising Violence Against Women and Girls” with Stacey Dooley, Anna Hall and Mina Smallman, and “Meet the Factual Commissioners” with Jo Clinton-Davis, Carl Callam and Daniel Pearl. She also produced the annual Student Awards and Programme Awards, with guest speakers Mousumi Bakshi and Matt Baker.
In 2023, she worked as production assistant for Particle6 Productions, where she assisted across music videos and commercial shoots. She is now currently working as Team Assistant at Quiddity Films, where she assists award-winning producer Emily Morgan (THE SETTLERS, SUPERNOVA, I AM NOT A WITCH). -

Charlotte Matheson
Charlotte is a producer and publicist.
In 2022, she was the Festival Director of Watersprite, having spent the previous year working for the internationally-recognised Young Director Award in Paris. She went onto produce Mark Kermode's monthly BFI show Mark Kermode Live in 3D and the Girls On Film podcast.
Charlotte is now an assistant producer at Movie Love Productions and a publicist at Critical PR, representing independent cinema in the UK and at international film festivals.
She is also a Q&A host and award-winning photographer.

Isobel Leigh
Isobel Leigh is COO and Managing Director at Malao GmbH, a tech-driven movie development studio based between Germany and Australia bringing Meaningful Entertainment to global audiences for commercial success and positive social impact. Isobel directed Watersprite in 2020, after being Head of Events for the 2018 edition. Her previous work ranges from marketing at Sony Music Entertainment to guest management at Munich Film Festival, as well as experience in China, Spain and Peru. Isobel has a BA and MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.

Hannah Collins
Hannah is a Script Editor at Quay Street Productions (FOOL ME ONCE, AFTER THE FLOOD, NOLLY). She was recently Script Editor on the Amazon UK comedy thriller series DEAD HOT - and is currently working on a variety of series in development.
While at university, Hannah founded Cambridge Creatives and has been involved in a wide range of theatre and short film productions since. Hannah was previously part of the Events team at Watersprite 2021 and was then the Gala Officer at Watersprite 2022, overseeing the Opening and Closing ceremonies. She is thrilled to join the steering committee and to continue to support the festival in any way she can.

Josh Baumring-Gledhill
Josh Baumring-Gledhill currently works as a senior assistant in the comedy department at United Agents Ltd, working across a large list of stand-ups, clowns, writers, producers and actors, giving him a wide insight into the film and TV industry.
On the side, Josh is artistic director of Counterminers CIC, a theatre company designed to help support new and emerging artists which runs bi-monthly development workshops with the King’s Head Theatre. Through Counterminers, Josh also writes and directs theatre in prestigious off-west end venues. -

Zeb Goriely
Zeb is a director and editor based in London, with projects across fiction, documentary, animation and experimental genres. His film "36,000 Words For Love" won Best Micro Short at the BFI Future Film Festival.
While studying for a PhD in Computational Linguistics, Zeb was Festival Director for the 2024 edition of Watersprite, after having been part of the 2023 committee and volunteering as a judge for several years.
Zeb is particularly interested in online content creation and has been creating YouTube videos and short-form content since 2016. His content has been shortlisted for global awards, featured by YouTube Creators, and ocassionally gone viral.
